Samsung Galaxy S24 Series Receives First Software Update in the US

The first software update for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series is now rolling out in the US via Verizon network. It installs the January 2024 security patch. This update enhances system security and stability.

Over 70 issues have been fixed. It addresses concerns like Notification service, Samsung DeX, My Files, and Bluetooth pairing. The update brings improvements to Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra smartphones. These include performance enhancements and bug fixes.

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S24 on January 17, 2024. It promises powerful performance, a stunning display, Galaxy AI, and a versatile camera system. Users can identify the update through specific One UI build versions. They include S921USQU1AWM9 for Galaxy S24, S926USQU1AWM9 for S24 Plus, and S928USQU1AWM9 for S24 Ultra. Users are encouraged to install the Galaxy S24 Software Update promptly for a bug-free experience.

You can do so via the Settings app. Simply navigate to the Software Update section. Then select the “Download and Install” option. Follow the on-screen instructions for a smooth installation process.
