Samsung Galaxy A55 5K Renders and 360-Degree Video Show Off Stunning Design and Features

Samsung is reportedly working on a new mid-range smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A55, which is expected to launch in early 2024. The Galaxy A55 will be a successor to the Galaxy A54, which was launched in March 2023. While the official details of the Galaxy A55 are still unknown, we have got an exclusive first look at the device, thanks to the reliable tipster Onleaks.

MySmartPrice has shared the 5K renders and 360-degree video of the Galaxy A55 in collaboration with Onleaks, revealing its full design and some of its key features. As you can see in the images and video below, the Galaxy A55 will sport a punch-hole display with thin bezels and a slightly curved edge. The display size is said to be 6.5 inches, and it will likely support a high refresh rate.

The back panel of the Galaxy A55 will have a glossy finish and a rectangular camera module that houses four sensors and an LED flash. The primary camera is rumored to be a 64MP sensor, while the other three cameras could be an ultra-wide lens, a telephoto lens, and a depth sensor. The camera module also has a small hole for the microphone.

The Samsung Galaxy A55 will have a metal frame with a power button and a volume rocker on the right side. The power button will also double as a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. The bottom edge of the phone will have a USB Type-C port and a speaker grille. The top edge will have a SIM tray and another microphone.

The Galaxy A55 will measure 164.2 x 76.4 x 8.8mm in dimensions and weigh around 190 grams. The battery capacity of the phone is unknown, but it will support 25W fast charging, as per the FCC certification. The Galaxy A55 will run on Android 14 with One UI 6 on top. The processor, RAM, and storage options of the phone are yet to be revealed.

The Samsung Galaxy A55 will be available in multiple color options, including White, Black, Blue, and Pink. The pricing and availability details of the phone are also not confirmed, but we expect it to be in the same range as the Galaxy A54, which was launched at Rs. 29,999 in India.
