Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A15 5G, a budget-friendly smartphone with 5G connectivity, in the first quarter of 2024. The device has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing some of its key specifications.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Galaxy A15 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, which is a 6nm octa-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.2GHz. The phone will also come with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and run on the Android 14 operating system.
The Galaxy A15 5G scored 664 points in the single-core test and 1,717 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench. These scores are comparable to some of the mid-range smartphones in the market, such as the Redmi Note 10 5G and the Realme 8 5G.

The phone will also sport a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro sensor, along with a 13MP selfie camera on the front. The phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support and offer dual-SIM, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port as connectivity options
